Installing and activating your N.E.T. account is designed to be quick and easy.
Your N.E.T. equipment is shipped to you with a default configuration that allows
it to be automatically configured with the required network settings using DHCP.
As with any computer or network device, not every environment is the same and may
require procedures that differ from the default procedures.

Our service program will ensure that you get the help you need to get your account up and running in no time.
The standard installation procedure assumes:
You have a high-speed internet connection (cable/DSL/other)
A home router or gateway to share your internet connection
DHCP running on your network (most home routers do this)
N.E.T. Broadband Phone Adapter
- Connect one end of the Ethernet Cable to your Router or Gateway
- Connect the other end of the Ethernet Cable to your N.E.T. Broadband Phone Adapter
- Connect the line of the regular phone to your N.E.T. Broadband Phone Adapter
- Connect the Power adapter to your N.E.T. Broadband Phone Adapter
- Wait 5 minutes so your N.E.T. Broadband Phone Adapter synchronizes with the router
N.E.T. IP Phone
- Connect one end of the Ethernet Cable to your Router or Gateway
- Connect the other end of the Ethernet Cable to your N.E.T. IP Phone
- Connect the line of the regular phone to your N.E.T. IP Phone
- Connect the Power adapter to your N.E.T. IP Phone
- Wait 5 minutes so your N.E.T. IP Phone synchronizes with the router
ALL calls are dialed the same way you use on a traditional Phone
Examples:
U.S. and Canada country code is "1"
Dial 1+area code+number
United Kingdom country code is "44"
Dial 011 + 44+area code+number
NOTE: You need to dial "011" to make international calls
